Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: 50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid before journey start or as agreed.
  • Full Payment: For short trips, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Large Orders: For corporate or large group bookings, payment terms will be discussed separately.

Billing & Invoice

  • Invoices will be provided electronically via email after payment confirmation.
  • Invoices can also be accessed through your account on our website (if applicable).
  • GST invoice available on request for business/corporate bookings.
  • Please keep your payment receipt for future reference.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 24 hours: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 6 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method
